Our Emergency First Aid at Work is a certified 1 day training course designed to equip participants with essential life-saving skills.

What is it about?

The Qualsafe Level 3 Award in Emergency First Aid at Work is a nationally recognised qualification designed to provide the essential skills and confidence needed to respond effectively in emergency situations.

Ideal for workplace first aiders, volunteers, community group leaders, and anyone wanting to develop life-saving skills, this one-day course covers:

• Managing an unresponsive casualty
• Performing CPR
• Responding to choking incidents
• Treating shock
• Managing wounds and bleeding
• Dealing with minor injuries

What to expect

Cardio Pulmonary Resuscitation and care of the unconscious requires physical effort. Learners should be capable of working with casualties at floor level.

Who is hosting?

Fenland First Aid will deliver the training.

The training will take place at The Maple Centre, 6 Oak Drive, Huntingdon PE29 7HN

There is free car parking located off Coneygear Road, turn into Nene Road and take the first right, and turn right again into the car park , you will see the large car park next to the Golden Knight public house.

There are a couple of disabled spaces here, nearest the bridge.

Please search the postcode PE29 7LB. Once parked, it is only a 1 min walk (turn right as you look towards the pub) cross the footbridge going over the road, then turn right and you will see the Maple Centre.

How to book
