Join this interactive, in-person training to explore practical ways to make your services more inclusive, welcoming, and accessible to people from all cultural backgrounds. Delivered by Cambridge Ethnic Community Forum (CECF), the session will help you build confidence, deepen your understanding of diversity and inclusion, and identify actions you can take within your organisation and community.

Whether you work with volunteers, staff, or service users, this training offers valuable insights and practical tools to help create environments where everyone feels they belong. This session forms part of Support Cambridgeshire’s wider programme of equality, diversity, and inclusion training and support.

Who is it for?

This course is aimed at those working or volunteering in voluntary and community groups, charities, and social enterprises who are interested in multiculturalism and want to find out how to make their services more inclusive and welcoming.
