Attracting volunteers to support your cause

The training looks at enhancing your understanding of what motivates people to volunteer and how to communicate your volunteer offer in a compelling way.

Who is it for?

For anyone who manages volunteers and others and wants to ensure the needs and interests of the group and individual are being met.

What is it about?

The training brings together expertise around volunteering, relevant research and marketing and communication ideas to help organisations develop more focussed volunteer recruitment plans.

• Ideas to communicate your message effectively

What to expect

The session is run as a presentation with discussion, polls and quizzes.
