The Peter’s Room (Hybrid)

The Peters room (Hybrid) offers a versatile and modern space for your training sessions and meetings, available for booking from 9 am to 5 pm, Monday to Friday.

This room is well-suited for both hybrid and in-person gatherings, accommodating 16-18 participants in a boardroom-style arrangement, up to 12 participants in horseshoe style or up to 25 in a theatre-style setup.

To enhance your meeting experience, we provide various equipment at no extra charge, including flipcharts, flipchart pens, paper, a whiteboard, and pens.

Additionally, our room features a state-of-the-art hybrid system, allowing seamless interaction with team members working remotely. If you require the hybrid system, please inform us when booking the room to ensure it’s set up for your meeting.

As part of our comprehensive service, complimentary Wi-Fi access is included at our centre, facilitating connectivity for any devices you may need during your session.

For refreshments, we offer a selection of teas and coffees, available at an additional cost.

You can enjoy these refreshments from our newly established break-out tea/coffee station located in the main reception area of the centre.

To ensure a seamless and productive meeting experience, please arrange for refreshments when making your booking.

Price

• Members: £12 per hour
• Voluntary/community groups (non-members): £16 per hour
• Statutory and other businesses: £20 per hour
