Green Business Impact Programme: a free business support programme and potential grant.

Allia and PECT’s Green Business Impact Programme is a FREE business support programme (and potential grant) for SMEs that have premises based in Cambridge, Huntingdonshire, or South Cambridgeshire (whatever their business sector or type – commercial, charity, social enterprise).

Get free expert support whatever your business. Learn how to measure and reduce energy use, identify savings through eco-friendly practices, and get ahead of your competitors.

Businesses and organisations across the country are joining the green movement to gain economic benefits and protect the environment. The UK government is committed to transforming all sectors of the UK economy to meet the Net Zero target by 2050, meaning companies emit no more carbon than they absorb.

The Green Business Impact Programme is a fully-funded support programme to help businesses and organisations become more energy efficient and reduce their carbon emissions. Designed for businesses in Cambridge, Huntingdonshire and South Cambridgeshire that are interested in reducing their carbon footprint, improving energy efficiency, cutting utility costs, and showing their customers how they are moving towards net zero.

Applicants can access a grant* of up to £5,000 on completion of the programme to help with energy saving adaptions (grants will be distributed on a first come, first served basis and are match funded).

The programme ends at the end of March 2025.

Applicants are encouraged to apply before December 2024 so there is enough time to benefit from the programme.
