About
As a vital component of an income generation strategy, business partnerships should be seen as a significant and valuable resource to integrate into the strategic approach of any non-profit organisation. Organisational leadership should approach their role with a sense of responsibility, demonstrating due diligence and ensuring readiness by adopting the necessary strategy and tools to foster business engagement and meet the expectations of collaborations with the business community.
In this 1.5-hour online session, titled ‘Strategic and Sustainable Growth: How Businesses Can Support Your Strategy’ we aim to empower Trustees, Directors, Senior Leaders and CEOs of non-profit organisations with insights on the ‘why’ and ‘how’ of establishing strategic business partnerships.
