Volunteering Fair
A chance for anyone interested in volunteering in Cambridgeshire to find out about some great opportunities, organised by Support Cambridgeshire partner CCVS.
Those taking part include Arthur Rank Hospice, Cambs & Peterborough NHS Foundation Trust, Cambridge Rape Crisis, Cambridge Street Aid, Healthwatch Cambridgeshire & Peterborough, East Anglia’s Children’s Hospices and East Anglia Air Ambulance.
Each charity will give a short presentation about what they do, the difference their volunteers make and what opportunities they have on offer and there will be the chance to ask questions.
Before the event we will send you a schedule of approximate times the charities will be presenting. After the event you will be invited to fill an expression of interest form and someone from your chosen charity will contact you to chat informally about how you can lend a hand.
CCVS works with voluntary groups across large parts of Cambridgeshire and is keen to help promote some of the rewarding and valuable opportunities they have available for volunteers.
