How to identify what funders and other stakeholders want to know and use impact planning to improve what you do.

By the end of the session you will have a better understanding of

  • How to develop a robust framework for monitoring and evaluation to apply to your projects and services in order to track progress
  • Different types of data you can measure and what they tell you
  • Ethical and practical criteria for selecting appropriate data collection tools
  • Techniques to analyse, interpret, and draw valuable insights from your data, both quantitative and qualitative
  • Options for presenting your findings to stakeholders
