The Power of Storytelling
Using stories to help spread the word about your work…..
Storytelling is an important part of your communications strategy. In this one day workshop you will learn how to identify the stories in your organisation and put them to good use, helping people see the difference your work makes. Cambridge CVS are running this course in conjunction with an external facilitator.
Who is it for?
Anyone who would like to demystify what is meant by business or brand storytelling and learn how it can help their organisation.
What will you learn:
- Why you should tell stories
- What makes a story
- The different types of stories you can tell about your organisation
- Overcoming objections to telling stories
- How to share stories on different platforms
- Planning out your stories.
There will be many examples of how other organisations have made use of stories.
This course will be delivered by Rachel Extance, a business storytelling coach based in Cambridge.
This event is FREE to CCVS and Hunts Forum members. All other non-menber organisations will be charged a fee of £60.00.
