A two-part training, run over 2 lunchtimes a week apart, that looks at examples of best practice and ideas smaller voluntary groups can adapt.  We recommend you sign up for both parts. 

 

Part 1: Thursday 11 July 12:00 – 1:30pm

Part2: Wednesday 17 July 12:00 – 1:30pm

 

Who is it for?

For small and medium sized voluntary community groups. It is ideal for trustees and volunteer fundraisers.

What is it about?

Part 1 will consider key trends in fundraising and the tools and processes to put in place.

Part 2 will review different types of fundraising including through individual giving, crowdfunding, events, peer to peer and organisational giving.

What will I learn?

The sessions will include:

• how you develop your supporter base

• what motivates people to give

• what fundraising activities have others found successful

• how do you steward your supporters

What to expect:

A presentation with the opportunity to ask questions and a group activity.
