Managing increased costs, and decreased funding alongside more demand than ever are pressures that many organisations are currently facing.
This online training session will help your organisation:
- Make good decisions about what you do and how you use the resources you have
- Clearly communicate your purpose to increase funding and donations from supporters
- Build a great team with a common purpose
If you are a trustee, management committee member or manager of a voluntary sector organisation (large or small) this session will allow you to :
- Appreciate the importance of strategic planning
- Use a toolkit to work through to get a strategy and plan in place
- Create an action plan with clear next steps to develop and implement the strategy

About the trainer
This session will be run by Ali Lyons, an experienced charity leader, fundraiser, and small charity consultant who is determined to help more charities have a better approach to achieving their value.
