Who is this workshop for?
The course is run on behalf of Cambridge CVS and is for those who work or volunteer directly with children, young people or their families.
The workshop is accredited and valid for 3 years.
Why should I come along?
It is designed to ensure workers know everything they need to from having a concern, confidentiality, recording and referring.
What will you learn?
- The session will examine local child protection procedures.
- How organisations can identify the relevant legislation and guidance that provides the framework for safeguarding children and young people.
- How an organisation can log and report concerns.
- How to provide appropriate levels of Internet Safety.
The course is delivered by Safeguarding Toolbox.
Places on this course are FREE for Hunts Forum and CCVS members, and is charged at £60 for non member groups.
