Older People’s Network
Who is this network for?
The network meets quarterly and is for any non profit or statutory group working with older people in Cambridge and the surrounding area.
Aims of the network
- A chance to keep up with what others are doing and to examine challenges together and share experiences.
- Look for opportunities to collaborate
- Improve knowledge of support for older people
Background
The network has been operating since December 2021 and involves a wide range of non profit and statutory groups. It has held three information fairs for older people to help signpost older people to help and support and enable supporting organisations to network. The network is chaired by Simon Wall from Cambridge United Foundation and CCVS provides the administrative support.
