Who is it for?

What is it about?

  • People’s different approaches to conflict
  • Dealing with angry people
  • Negotiation/mediation skills
  • What is required to resolve a conflict

What to expect

A combination of presentation and group work. At the end of the session there will also be the opportunity to network over a light lunch with the other community groups attending.
