Health and Wellbeing Network – What is Shared Care records?

The Health and Wellbeing Network is an open event that welcomes healthcare professionals and those working in VCSE dealing with any health and wellbeing concerns to come together. The network is about bridging links, keeping people informed about the two sectors, and ensuring that both are aware of the other.

This month we will be joined by Jackie Eade. She will explain what the Shared Care Record is and talk about it’s implementation. Jackie will also talk to us about the 12 week campaign to raise public awareness and allow the public to opt out if they wish.

After this there will be time for the usual networking and feedback.
