Health and Wellbeing Network – Meet Your Social Prescriber

Health and Wellbeing -An opportunity for SPLW and community groups and charities to meet each other.

This event is about meeting your local social prescribing link worker and learn more about each others roles/organisations and what you both have to offer to support the community around you.

The event will start with a brief update from organisations and then we will go into 2 or 3 breakout rooms depending on which social prescriber areas are covered.

If your organisation is countywide you may want to send more than one representative.
