Health and Wellbeing Network- Meet your Social Prescriber 28th November 10-11.30- On Zoom

This month’s meeting will be an opportunity for organisations to share what they have on offer/ give others an update. This will be done in the first part of the meeting for those whose provision is across the patch and will be recorded for those who can not attend.

Then there will be break-out rooms where you can link with a Social Prescriber for your patch. We hope to have attendance from across the patch including Peterborough, Fenland, Ely, Cambourne, Hunts, and Cambridge.
