Rachel was inspired to set up her business Get Synergised in 2018 following 20 years working in the Charity and Community sector, driven by a mission to see business as a force for good and to ensure organisations embed and align their Corporate Social Responsibility practices within their organisational strategy. Rachel has worked with many charities and businesses to help each side better align their engagement strategy and has an excellent knowledge of what the ‘other side’ is looking for.

Hunts Forum has worked closely with Rachel as part of our Support Cambridgeshire delivery for the last two years. Rachel has delivered extremely popular training sessions and hosted a recent Zoom workshop that saw over 50 organisations. Businesses, charities, social enterprises and community groups come together to make a difference in their communities, so critical at this current time.
