CCVS are inviting you to join us for a coffee time briefing – just 20 minutes to grab a cuppa and meet online to look at a key topic. For the first of these briefings we will be looking at 5 ways to wellbeing at work brought to us by Anna Gilchrist – community coordinator at Illuminate. Many of you will know Illuminate for their specialist mental health coaching and training and we are delighted Anna has agreed to share some of her expertise.
