This live online training aims to showcase how Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) can save time for small charities and community groups. Participants will gain hands-on examples and clear guidelines to confidently incorporate these technologies into their daily operations.

What is it about?

This webinar will showcase how GenAI can save time for small charities and community groups. No prior experience using GenAI is needed to attend this session.

Gen AI is defined as, the use or study of artificial intelligences (computer systems that have some of the qualities that a human brain has, such as the ability to interpret language, recognize images, and learn from data supplied to them) that are able to produce text, images, etc.

What will I learn?

By the end of this webinar, participants will:

● Understand the basic concepts and terminology related to Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI).

● Recognise the potential of GenAI as a time-saving tool for various organisational tasks.

● Learn the principles of effective GenAI use, including considerations for critical thinking, accuracy, and data security.

● Gain practical knowledge through real-world examples of how GenAI can be applied in their organisations.

● Develop skills in crafting effective prompts for GenAI tools.

● Feel confident in implementing GenAI solutions to support their goals and objectives.

What to expect:

This webinar will include presentation, demonstrations and discussion.

It will be delivered by Flóra Raffai.

Flóra Raffai is the Founder of Rapport Coaching, specialising in coaching, training, and consulting with small organisations. She has extensive experience as a small charity CEO and trustee. Since 2015, she has led small charities in the health, education, and community development sectors, and she is currently the Chair of the Cambridge Council for Voluntary Service (CCVS).

Flóra is an accredited coach with the EMCC and author of “Chief Everything Officer: A Field Guide for Small Organisation Leaders.” She is passionate about enabling small charities to have a huge impact through strategic development, effective operations, and positive leadership.

How to book

This live online event is free for any Cambridgeshire based charity or community group, however if in the case of the training being fully booked, priority will be given to those delivering work in Cambridge City.
